DELOMAT 100 pneumatic dispensing system

The DELOMAT 100 pneumatic dispensing system includes 3 main parts: the DELOMAT 100 Controller, the DELO-XPRESS 951 (NK) Pressure Tank, and the Pinch Valve.

The device has a simple structure, is easy to install, and can be applied directly by hand or attached to the robot arms for automatic control.

Compatible with DELO glue bottles up to 1 liter volume. In addition, it can be used to spray surface cleaning solutions before applying glue.

DELO-XPRESS 903 Dispensing Gun for 2C adhesive 50ml

The DELO-XPRESS 903 dispensing gun is used for mixing and applying glue for 2-component adhesives, suitable for 50 ml side-by-side glue cartridges and a 1:1 mixing ratio.

DELO-XPRESS 905 dispensing gun is used for mixing and applying glue for 2-component adhesives, suitable for 200 ml side-by-side glue cartridges and 1:1 and mixing ratio 1:2. This is a larger version of DELO-XPRESS 903, for larger volume glue bottles and for applications where large areas of adhesive are required.

The gun uses compressed air to help apply the glue accurately, without the glue falling due to residual stress like other manual guns. The force acting on the trigger lever is very small, and the weight of the gun is quite light, the design does not cause hand fatigue while applying the glue.

DELO-XPRESS 907 Dispensing Gun for 2C adhesive 50ml

DELO-XPRESS 907 dispensing gun is used for mixing and applying glue for 2-component adhesives, suitable for 50 ml side-by-side glue bottles and 1:1 and mixing ratio 1:2.

This is an extended version of DELO-XPRESS 903, for both 1:1 and 1:2 mixing types of glue.

The gun uses compressed air to help apply the glue accurately, without the overflow glue falling due to residual stress like manual squeeze guns. The force acting on the trigger is very small, and the weight of the gun is quite light, the gravity-balanced design should not cause hand fatigue when applying glue.

The DELO-XPRESS 902 mini dispensing gun is used for mixing and applying glue for 2-component adhesives, suitable for 50 ml side-by-side glue bottles and 1:1 mixing ratio and 1:2.

The gun uses a manual glue release mechanism, which is very light, compact, easy to use in Labs, R&D rooms, does not require high accuracy.

DELO DUALBOND IC343 is an isotropic electrically conductive adhesive by adding conductive silver particles (Ag) to the glue, so the glue has very high conductivity, the volume resistance is only about 0.1 mOhm.cm. IC343 glue has many advantages such as: 

  • Glue is derived from modified polycarbamine acid, 1 component, no solvent.
  • The glue can be quickly fixed by light in just a few seconds, then cured at a low temperature.
  • Glue is thixotropic, anti-creep when applying glue.
