Dispensing without bubble, not jam with DELO FLEXCAP – smart valve!

DELO FLEXCAP is a close valve, operate by the elastomeric membrane. It replaces for normal piston, thus, this is a perfect method to store, move, and dispense glue without bubble – help dispense exactly adhesive amount.

• This is the new version Microdispensing Valve adhesive!
• Advantage of DELO-DOT PN3 than other valves: dispensing adhesive without nozzle, not contact. Therefore, this equipment allows dispensing super small adhesive amount, prevent the impact of the valve with the material surface. Besides, no necessary to move the valve follow the z-axis during operation.

The DELOMAT 100 pneumatic dispensing system includes 3 main parts: the DELOMAT 100 Controller, the DELO-XPRESS 951 (NK) Pressure Tank, and the Pinch Valve.

The device has a simple structure, is easy to install, and can be applied directly by hand or attached to the robot arms for automatic control.

Compatible with DELO glue bottles up to 1 liter volume. In addition, it can be used to spray surface cleaning solutions before applying glue.

DELO-DOT PN5 - A new high-performance micro dispensing valve that can reproduce dispensing results at a dispensing frequency of up to 300 Hz. The plunger speed reaches twice the maximum value of its predecessor, DELO-DOT PN3.

This pneumatic jet valve is easy-to-use and features tool-free maintenance of its fluid system. Its compact design allows for easy integration into production systems.

The DELO-DOT PN5 offers a contactless application preventing collisions between the dispensing valve and the component. High-viscous materials and difficult media can be dispensed accurately, precisely, and reliably.

• The DELO-DIV VD600 is the larger model in DELO's new line of metering dispensing valves. Thanks to the screw piston principle, it provides perfect accuracy, regardless of the viscosity of the adhesive.

• With a dispensing volume from 1.4 to 16.0 ml/min, the DELO-DIV VD600 is best suited when larger flow rates are required.

• Each axis has 2 linear guide rails, providing greater stability.
• Z-axis brake motor, greatly increases equipment stability and movement precision.
• Standard 4 liter ingredient tank (optionally available 0.5L, 2L, 4L, 20L).
• Equipped with a quantitative glue control system with an air pressure injection valve to spray the glue onto the product for uniform thickness.
• High-precision pressure regulating valve, suitable for a three-axis working platform, stable and accurate control of output glue, and no splashing of glue.
• The spray width adjustment range is 2mm-20mm, and jet and mist spraying can be realized.

DELO DropX reliably cleans dispensers when using adhesives in production. Media residues are extracted from the outlet openings of the dispensing valves. This process is made contactless thanks to a vacuum of 0.9 to -0.1 bar. The internal adhesive reservoir collects the residue and holds up to 2 ml of media at a wide range of viscosities.

The valve dispenses adhesives bubble-free, at volumes as low as 0.09 µl with a standard deviation of less than 3%. This almost corresponds to the dosing consistency of high-quality jet valves.
