Introduce:
- This adhesive suitable with both curing methods by UV light and by the visible light;
- It’s just one component base on modified urethane acrylate, high viscosity.
Application range:
- Multipurpose, especially for interior plastic/plastic, glass/plastic bondings e.g., bonding of glass into plastic frames or clips to glass;
- Easy to cure by both UV and visible light for components which are difficult to transmit;
- Temperature range for use of -40 ~ +120 oC, depending on the application, other limits may be reasonable;
- Compliant with RoHS directive 2015/863/EU;
Curing:
- Curing with UV light or visible in a wavelength range of 320 ~ 420 nm;
- Dependent on materials thickness and absorption, adhesive layer thickness, lamp type, and distance irradiation, curing parameters may change;
- Reference standard wavelength of DELOLUX 20/50/80 lamps.
