DELO PHOTOBOND SL4165 is a kind of one-component adhesive derived from modified acrylate. The glue has catalytic properties and high viscosity, specialized for creating CIPG (Cure In Place Gasket) elastic gaskets for electronic components, battery packs, ..., and sealing flanges and gaps. After curing, the glue has a dry surface and good elasticity.
Outstanding features:
- Using temperature: -40 0 C ~ 120 0 C;
- Compliant directive RoHS 2015/863/EU.
- Cures with UV light in seconds.
User manual:
- The adhesive should be used in a dispensing machine with a needle-tip contact glue nozzle type;
- Under cold storage conditions (0~10 o C), the glue needs to be naturally thawed to room temperature (~25 o C) before use for at least 30 minutes with a 50 ml and 4 hours for 1000 ml volume.
- Glue usage time after opening is 30 days (with 50 ml glue bottle and stored at 25 o C);
- Shelf life (for unopened container ≤50ml, stored at 0~25 o C) is 06 months;
Curing the glue:
- The glue only cures under the influence of UV light up to the blue light range. Recommend using DELOLUX 20/50/80 UV lamps with wavelengths of 365 and 400 nm.
- Average curing time (intensity 200 mW/cm 2, LED 400 nm): 6 s;
