 PHOTOBOND SL4155 is a one-component adhesive line derived from modified acrylate. The glue has catalytic properties and high viscosity, specialized for sealing flange rubber gaskets. After curing, the glue has a dry surface and good elasticity.

CIPG, FIPG

Product properties:

  • Operating temperature: -40 0 C ~ 120 0 C;
  • Meets RoHS 2015/863/EU standards.

User manual:

  • Adhesives should be used in conjunction with a needle applicator system;
  • Under cold storage conditions (0~10 o C), the glue needs to be naturally thawed to room temperature (~25 o C) before use for at least 30 minutes with a 50 ml glue bottle and 4 hours. for 900 ml glue bottle;
  • Glue usage time after opening is 30 days (with 50 ml glue bottle and stored at 25 o C);
  • Expiry date (for unopened glue bottles ≤50ml, stored at 0~25 o C): 06 months.

 

 

Curing:

  • The glue only cures under the influence of UV rays up to the blue light range. Recommended UV lamp DELOLUX 20/50/80 with wavelengths 365 and 400 nm;
  • Average curing time (intensity 200 mW/cm 2, LED 400 nm): 3 s;

  • Color: white to light yellow, slightly opaque;
  • Density: 1.01 g/cm 3 ;
  • Viscosity: 135000 mPas;
  • Minimum curing time: 3s (for UV lamp wavelength 400nm, light intensity 200mW/cm 2 );
  • Adhesive surface after curing: dry, soft, and elastic;
  • Shear compressive strength on glass-glass bond: 1 MPa;
  • Shear compressive strength on glass-Al bond: 1 MPa;
  • Shear compressive strength on glass-stainless steel bond: 1 MPa;
  • Shear compression strength on PC-PC bond: 4 MPa;
  • Shear compression strength on PC-Al bond: 14 MPa;
  • Tensile strength: 2 MPa;
  • Elongation at break: 150%;
  • Young's stress: <10MPa;
  • Hardness scale A: 40;
  • Glass transition temperature: -13 0 C;
  • Allowable compression deformation: 15%;
  • Shrinkage: 5 %vol;
  • Water absorption: 0.6 %wt;
  • Shelf life: 06 months at temperature 0 ~ 25 0 C with unopened glue bottle ≤600 ml.
