Introduce:
This is an adhesive one component, solvent-free adhesive base on modified urethane acrylate. In some applications, it is not possible to curing glue with light, so an adhesive with dual curing feature is the optimal option, especially useful in applications with the shadowed areas. It allows users to choose between curing methods with light, heat, or moisture. That is the reason to choose DELO DUALBOND.
Application range:
- Apply for many sectors as the production of electronic components, ICs, electrical engineering, telephones, automobiles, photovoltaics, precision engineering, used to mount materials and cover,…
- Temperature use range of: -40 ~ +120 oC, depending on the application, other limited may be more reasonable
- For optimize in use, the adhesive should be applied by dispensing with DELO dispensing units
- The surfaces to be bonded must be dry as well as free of dust, grease, and other contaminations
- Use DELOTHEN cleaners for the best cleaning of bonding surfaces
Curing:
- Curing with UV light and visible light in a wavelength range of 320 – 420 nm within seconds
- For shadowed areas, the adhesive can be cured with the heat of +110 to +130 oC in a period time not exceed 15 min
- Two curing mechanism above can be used independently
