• These lights are controlled by DELOLUX pilots S4i and S4T. These are two new models that are improved by DELO, with higher irradiation capacity and more compact size.

DELOLUX 820 lamp system allows fast curing and reliability, especially suitable for encapsulating chip application with DELO adhesive. This lamp allows achieving maximal energy intermediate start. Besides, DELOLUX 820 give UV light to continue for a long time approximate 20000 hours under normal condition.

• This adhesive is suitable with both curing methods by UV light and by visible light;
• Multipurpose, especially for peel-resistant plastic bondings e.g., bonding of membrane foils into loudspeaker baskets or bonding of coils to membranes.

• The Qcut 250 M (BRILLANT 200) is an especially user-friendly wet abrasive cutting machine with manual cut-off. Opening the machine folds away the hood to the inside so that the whole cutting chamber is easily accessible. The round window opens a wide field of view during the cutting process.

• The Qcut 150 A (BRILLANT 210 A) is a flexible precision cut-off machine to be used with cut-off wheels up to a diameter of 203 mm/8”.
• The compact model is equipped with an automatic feed but also allows to perform cuts manually with a hand-lever. The optionally available clamping arm with a built-in force-sensor ensures low-deformation cuts thanks to a precise, force-controlled feed rate.

• The Qcut 200 A (BRILLANT 220) is a compact, user-friendly precision wet abrasive cutting machine. It can be fitted with up to three automatic axes (X, Y, Z) and several cutting modes for maximum flexibility and ideal use of space

• The Qcut 300 M (BRILLANT 230) is a wet abrasive cut-off machine with fine dynamic, manual wheel movement into samples up to Ø 110 mm. The spacious cutting chamber allows various clamping variations. The solid aluminium design of the cutting machine comes with openings on the right and left hand side for cutting continuous long parts.

• The Qcut 250 A (Brillant 240) is a compact and flexible semi-automatic abrasive cut-off machine with a 254 mm/10” cut-off wheel for workpieces or samples up to Ø 95 mm. This machine combines the benefits and speed of a manual cut-off machine with the advantages of an automatic abrasive cutter.

• The Qcut 350 A (BRILLANT 250) is an automatic wet abrasive cut-off machine for samples up to max. Ø 135 mm. Due to its low contact cutting (lcc) function, it gently cuts different types of samples with various geometries, sizes and materials.

• The Qcut 430 Bot (Brillant 3D) is equipped with 5 axis (X-, Y-, Z-, D-, E-axis). This allows positioning and cutting of the sample in nearly all arbitrary positions to the cut-off wheel
• The Multi-Position process (MPP) allows cutting at different positions in just one sequence. Setting and approaching of cutting positions is made easy and comfortable with the Teach-In- Function.

The universal wet abrasive cut-off machine Qcut 400 M (Brillant 255) with manual travel and fine dynamic cutting allows precise, soft touch cutting with 2 axes in arbitrary directions (Y/X axis) and can be equipped with a manual Z-axis for parallel serial cuts (option)
