Sealing of a calked testing borehole of a microswitch by KB554

  • For bonding of metal, glass, plastic, and coating materials, fixing or sealing of electronic components;
  • Suitable for the bonding of opaque components through preactivation;
  • Easy to control due to yellowish fluorescence color;
  • Temperature range for use of -40 ~ +150 oC, depending on the application, other limits may be reasonable;
  • Compliant with RoHS directive 2015/863/EU;
  • Successfully tested according to UL 94 HB.

 Curing:

  • Curing with UV light or visible in a wavelength range of 320 ~ 550 nm;
  • For preactivation, only visible light in a wavelength range of 400 ~ 550 nm can be used;
  • After irradiation curing until final strength within 24h at room temperature;
  • Dependent on materials thickness and absorption, adhesive layer thickness, lamp type, and distance irradiation, curing parameters may be changing.
