There are many solutions to this problem such as: using metal gaskets, rubber o-rings, thread seal tape, or using thread-locking glue, ... In there, using thread-locking glue is the best choice. Thread locking is the most effective solution for fixing connections that require high strength and vacuum tightness.
Thread-locking adhesive is also a product line that DELO has invested in and researched to produce quality adhesive products. Products are used for this application include:
DELO ML 5198, pipe thread sealant, light yellow color, medium resistance is very good;
DELO ML 5298, pipe thread sealant, blue color, with high compressive shear strength, good chemical resistance;
DELO ML 5249, sealants for all types of bolt-nut threads with requires vacuum tightness, low viscosity, blue color, high mechanical properties, and extreme chemical resistance;
