By combining DELO’s fast-curing liquid gasket and UV‑curing technology with DATRON’s high‑speed dispensing technology, sealing is completed within seconds – with high precision and reliability.

At its core, our DELO PHOTOBOND SL adhesive cures rapidly by light and withstands typical reference media such as sulfuric acid and deionized water, ensuring long‑term cell performance. The DATRON evo 600 dispenses at up to 50 m/min with precise volumetric control, maintaining uniform bead geometry. An integrated confocal sensor and adhesive fluorescence enable immediate quality assurance.
