RoHS 1.0 standard regulates the control of toxic substances in electrical and electronic products,... such as: Cd, Pb, Hg, Cr6+, PBB and PBDE. For RoHS 2.0 standard, 4 additional Phthalates compounds need to be controlled: DIBP, DBP, BBP, DEHP. And to quantitatively analyze these 4 compounds, the suitable method is to use Gas Chromatography.

To meet RoHS 1.0 standard, the suitable solution is X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF).

For RoHS 2.0 standard, 4 additional Phthalates compounds need to be controlled: DIBP, DBP, BBP, DEHP. And to quantitatively analyze these 4 compounds, the suitable method is to use Gas Chromatography.

A traditional gas chromatography mass spectrometry device is often very complex and expensive, while TP30 PRO is a solution that completely meets customer requirements, but has many advantages such as:

  • Temperature range of cracking unit (Φ6 cracking tube): room temperature to 450°C, in 1°C increments.

  • Cracking device (Φ6 cracking tube) temperature increase rate: >500℃/min.

  • Cracking time range of the cracking device: 0.01-99.99 min, set in increments of 0.01 min.

  • Cracker purge time range: 0.01 to 99.99 min in 0.01 min increments.

  • Cracker purge flow rate range: 10 ml to 200 ml.

  • Cracking device diversion flow rate range: 10 ml to 200 ml.

  • Cracking device heating control voltage: 16VDC.

  • Temperature range of aging and cleaning device: room temperature to 450°C, set in increments of 1°C (optional).

  • Aging and cleaning device time range: 1 to 1200 min, set in increments of 1 min.

Column temperature box system:

  • Temperature range: ambient temperature +5℃~450℃.

  • Three-step program heating, heating rate 0 ~ 50 ℃ / min; increment 0.1 ℃ / min. temperature control accuracy ± 0.015 ℃.

  • The user can recalibrate the furnace temperature and set the maximum temperature at will. Intelligent rear door opening system stepless variable inlet and outlet air volume, shorten the heating/cooling system stabilization and equilibrium time.

  • The system stabilizes the equilibrium time after the temperature rise/fall. The time taken to reduce the temperature of the column box from 300℃ to 50℃ is less than 12min.
