Repair of the Box Print Abrasion Tester in Hung Yen
At the end of January 2025, HUST completed the repair of the Box Print Abrasion Tester (model: VT-RT400) of VISION TEC in Hung Yen province.
The ink abrasion resistance tester on the box is a specialized device in the manufacturing industry, helping to test the durability of the ink layer on the box before putting it on the market. However, during operation, the machine encountered a problem related to the control program that affected the machine's performance.
Some symptoms the machine encountered were:
- The control interface froze or responded slowly
- The settings and results were not saved
- The machine stopped suddenly during the grinding process
- The grinding speed was unstable or not according to the settings
- The program was counting the number of grinding times but the grinding table was not actually working
After receiving information from the customer, HUST engineers came directly to check and repair it immediately. As a result, the machine operated normally again, the customer could continue to check the product, meeting the production schedule.
