Repair of a Thermal Shock Chamber for a customer in Dong Nai
On August 11, 2025, HUST Vietnam carried out the repair of a thermal shock chamber for a customer at Ho Nai Industrial Zone, Ho Nai Ward, Dong Nai Province.
The customer is a Korean company specializing in the production of electronic components for the semiconductor industry.
Testing resistance to sudden changes in environmental temperature is one of the critical steps in evaluating and improving product quality. As the customer places great emphasis on product quality, the thermal shock chamber is an essential and indispensable piece of equipment in their manufacturing process.
At the initial inspection, the equipment was not operational, and the display showed an error message when powered on.
Upon receiving the information, HUST Vietnam promptly arrived on site to inspect and assess the condition of the equipment in order to carry out the necessary repairs.
After identifying the root cause, HUST immediately carried out the repair and restored the equipment to proper working condition, ensuring that the customer’s production schedule was not affected.
