In early 2026, HUST Vietnam performed routine repair and maintenance on CARMAR profile projector for a customer in Hai Phong.
Inspection revealed issues such as broken optical lenses and significant internal dust buildup affecting the lighting system; additionally, the optical scale system was malfunctioning, leading to reduced measurement accuracy.
Our team of engineers replaced the lenses, cleaned the entire optical system, and recalibrated the optical scale to CARMAR's technical standards.
After maintenance, the projector operated stably, projected images were clear, and measurements achieved high accuracy, meeting the requirements for profile inspection in production.
