Recalibration for coating thickness analyzer XRF-2000H
XRF-2000H, or the replacement model, XRF-2020H, is a highly accurate XRF coating thickness analyzer that is trusted by many customers in Vietnam.
A customer in Tien Son Industrial Park is currently using 3 XRF-2000H machines, and a contact with HUST Vietnam reflects that analytical equipment is no longer accurate.
HUST Vietnam's engineers came to inspect directly within the day and discovered the cause of the above problem as follows:
- The mirror to view sample has been broken
- Collimator has been removed
2 parts along with the operators did not use the equipment correctly has resulted in incorrect analysis results.
After the two parties agreed to sign a repair contract and recalibrate the machine, HUST Vietnam's engineer has overcome the machine situation in 2 days:
