Maintenance the Salt spray tester in Ho Chi Minh City

At the end of 2024, HUST Vietnam maintained the salt spray testing machine (Model: VT-ST 100) of Vision Tec - South Korea in Ho Chi Minh City.

Machine Condition:
After prolonged use, the customer did not follow the recommended operational procedures, leading to several issues:

• Accumulation of dirt inside the machine.
• Water and air connection points showed leakage.
• Electrical connections became loose or rusted.

These problems affected the salt spray system, causing inaccurate test results and potential machine damage due to electrical short circuits.

Upon receiving the customer's feedback, HUST Vietnam's engineers provided consultation on periodic maintenance packages (annual or one-time maintenance) and performed the necessary maintenance work on the machine.

Results:

• The electrical, water, and air systems were restored to optimal operation.
• The machine now operates safely and reliably.
• Testing results have regained high accuracy.
