Maintenance and calibration of OES for CATECH
From October 21 to 26, HUST Vietnam maintained and calibrated of the GNR optical emission spectrometer for customer at Can Tho province.
Our customer is a unit invested in equipment with modern technology, always applying and updating national and international testing methods (TCVN, Standard methode, ASTM, AOAC ...). The requirement to ensure high accuracy is an indispensable part of the operation. Their testing laboratories have been recognized by VILAS in accordance with the international standard ISO / IEC 17025 from 2001 to present.
Calibration and periodic maintenance of the spectrometer is important to ensure that equipment meets the standards and requirements of metal-alloy composition testing and analysis. On that basis, with the experience trained at GNR, HUST Vietnam confidently brings the best operation of equipment after calibration and maintenance. With the nearly 10-year lifespan of the spectrometer, it is inevitable to encounter difficulties in the process. Therefore, HUST Vietnam has been very successful in bringing the device back to stable operation, meeting the requirements of analyzing the chemical composition of metals - alloys for spectrometers.
