HUST Vietnam repairs Environmental Chamber in Bac Ninh
During operation, the customer's temperature and humidity test chamber (T-machine brand) failed to reach the required temperature and its cooling efficiency decreased. Upon receiving this information, the technical team conducted a comprehensive system inspection.
The inspection revealed a gas leak in the evaporator coil, leading to unstable cooling and directly impacting the testing process. The technical team removed the old evaporator coil, replaced it with a new one, and inspected the entire piping system, welds, and related components.
After the replacement was completed, the system was refilled with the correct type of refrigerant, tested, and monitored for temperature and humidity parameters under actual operating conditions. The results showed that the environmental chamber is now operating stably again, achieving the correct temperature and humidity range, meeting the customer's testing requirements.
Timely inspection, maintenance, and replacement of critical components such as the cooling coil help ensure equipment stability, maintain test accuracy, and extend the lifespan of the environmental chamber during long-term use.
