GNR Emission Optical Spectrophotometer Repair and Maintenance
In early February 2026, after receiving information, HUST Vietnam technical team promptly inspected the operational status of the GNR S5 SCP emission optical spectrophotometer for a customer at Quang Minh Industrial Park, Hanoi. Through the on-site survey, the technical team determined that lens replacement, optical system cleaning, and software recalibration were necessary to ensure stable operation and accurate analysis results.
After completing the mechanical and optical work, the software was recalibrated, analytical parameters were checked, and the calibration curve was standardized according to a suitable standard. This process ensures the machine operates according to technical specifications, meeting the requirements for high-precision chemical composition analysis of materials.
Regular maintenance, replacement of optical components, and software calibration help extend the equipment's lifespan, reduce errors, and ensure stable and reliable analysis results during long-term use in the laboratory.
