Maintenance and calibration is an essential activity in the use of customer equipment and is especially important for high precision measuring or analytical instruments.
Our customer is currently using the S5 Solaris CCD Plus optical emission spectrometer to analyze the elemental composition of steel and is experiencing an unstable analyzer and unsatisfactory accuracy.
After the inspection process, HUST Vietnam found out that the cause was that the spectrometer was operating with continuous intensity for a long time without stopping, the customer did not meet the correct operating and cleaning procedures. suffer. The method of maintaining the device is also not good. That causes the system parameters to be erroneous.
After 3 days of active and effective work, HUST Vietnam has performed maintenance, calibration as well as aligning system parameters, bringing the machine back to the best state. Customers can completely use it to serve the production work according to the set schedule.
