Calibration and Maintenance of S1 MiniLab 150 Spectrometer

In February 2025, HUST conducted periodic maintenance and calibration of the S1 MINILAB 150 emission optical spectrometer of GNR - Italy for a customer in Bac Ninh.

The emission spectrometer is an important device in laboratories and production lines, used to analyze the chemical composition of metals and alloys. To maintain stable performance and ensure the accuracy of analysis results, periodic maintenance is an indispensable factor.

Enhancing the equipment periodically will bring some benefits such as:

• Ensuring the accuracy of the results of the analysis: Periodic maintenance will re-calibrate the parameters, thereby helping the results to be accurate and minimizing errors.
• Increasing the life of the equipment: causing damage due to dust accumulation or wear.
• Early detection of potential problems: Any maintenance work will detect potential problems early, helping to avoid unexpected problems.
