^{R3 RotrOil spectrometer instrument is a compact, transportable and easy to use optical emission spectrometer designed specifically to determine trace concentration in wear metals, polluting materials and additives in lubricating oils, transmission and refrigerating liquids.}

R3 RotrOil spectrometer is complaint to the requirements of the ASTM D6595-00 Standard Test Method for determination of Wear Metals and Contaminants in used lubricating oils or used hydraulical fluids by Rotating Disc Electrode Atomic Emission spectrometry.

ROTROIL is a compact, transportable and easy to use instrument both for Lab and field application for diagnosis and maintenance control.

It is available for 110 or 220 V 60 o 50 Hz power supply
No needs of carrier gas or sample dilution

ROTROIL comes in two version, compact with external PC or with built-in PC and a windows operating software developed by GNR having the following features:

Automatic recalibration of the analytical programs using the same reference standard..
Automatic and simultaneous reading of the results in 30 seconds..
Automatic analytical reference to eliminate matrix interferences.
Results can be correlated to the international ASTM norms and with the DOD Joint Oil Analysis Program (JOAP).
The instrument is compliant to ASTM D-6595-00 norm
Elements to be analyzed : typical 21 as per S21 Oil, possibility of upgrading to analyze all elements required.
